What the application does
Performance Reports
Hermes generates reports that help channel owners understand content performance, identify trends, compare Shorts and long-form videos, and make informed content decisions.
Video Scheduling
The application helps manage the publication schedule of eligible private videos, including YouTube Shorts and long-form content, using the YouTube Data API.
Content Management
Hermes can review video metadata and provide recommendations for titles, descriptions, publishing schedules, and content strategy.
How it works
- 01 The channel owner authorizes access through Google's secure OAuth authentication process.
- 02 Hermes accesses only the YouTube data and permissions granted by the authorized account.
- 03 The application analyzes the information and produces reports and recommendations.
- 04 Changes to video publication schedules and other channel content are performed according to the channel owner's instructions and configured approval rules.
Intended users
Hermes YouTube Manager is currently intended for private use by its operator and explicitly authorized YouTube channel accounts. It is not offered as a public subscription service.
Privacy and security
The application uses Google OAuth and does not require users to provide their Google account passwords directly to Hermes.
